Keith has been a great asset ! Accessible and knowledgable. He has been more than willing to work odd hours (evenings and weekends) and is always friendly and professional. He tries to keep cost down, and works with the customer to find a solution that is affordable. I would highly recommend him for your business or personal IT needs!

Keith is a very professional, quality tech support person, who is also down to earth and truly listens to the needs of his customers. He’s helped a non-profit I work for for a long time and we can’t thank him enough for always being willing to help us out and listen to what our needs are. He’s very caring and trustworthy. Highly recommended isn’t a good enough compliment, as ppl like him are hard to find these days!

I had a wonderful experience with Keith Giles at Giles IT Service. It was 3 days before my school semester started back and my computer just crashes. I just knew it was my battery and asked Keith if he could order me a new one and get it here ASAP. Keith had it here in less than 2 days for a wonderful price. However, my assumption was wrong. My computer was practically dead! Blue screen, would not boot; Dead! I was looking for a Computer Repair Service which was reliable, quick and could get the computer working like new again. Awesome service and great finished product with Giles IT Service. I brought by a laptop to Keith which had been dropped and took a big tumble. I didn't think it could even be fixed or if it was even worth fixing. Keith was able to identify the problem right away and fix it. Giles IT Service provides the customer with fast, excellent, and affordable services. Thank you Keith.
