Marschal and his incredible team catered and served at our wedding celebration on June 28, 2026. Every single person RAVED about the food. The portions were incredible, the food was so tasty, full of flavour and the support staff was top notch. Leading up to the event, the team had strong communication to help as we nailed down a menu and provided great suggestions to make the meal cohesive. Absolutely recommend Giles Catering for your next event!

If you are searching for high quality catering in the Brantford, Giles is the only call you need to make. We had 250 guests being served a multiple course dinner. It was served quickly and hot with no issues. Our guests raved about the food for days after the event.
