We had carpet installed by this company about a month ago and unfortunately several areas of the installation were not finished to an acceptable standard. There were 2 holes in the corners and raised, visible seams in the doorways. When we raised our concerns, we found the response from management difficult to deal with and did not feel our concerns were taken seriously. As a result, we ended up paying another company to come and fix parts of the installation.
I have been a Customer of Kevin Giles for 20 plus years now. Kevin and his family team have decades of knowledge in the industry and I can always rely on him to give me honest frank advice on product quality, and a fair price. He has done many commercial and residential carpet and vinyl lays for me over the years and I have always been impressed with his excellent communication, team coordination, and the quality end result. Doing business with him is stress free, full of good humour and always a pleasure.
