Great little 24hr gym. I recommend if you live around here.
Lots of equipment. Open 24hrs and not a lot of people. Well organized and clean.
Love our local gym in Mt. Gilead! Lots of nautilus style machines, along with 2 cable machines, 5 optional benches for free weights and bars. Several tread machines, couple of life cycles, and elliptical or 2 and a nice rower. Lots of Kettle balls/ bells and even more dumbells! You can get a great work out 24/7 364.25 ;) with a membership key fob. Personal trainers available to schedule... and silver sneakers affiliated as well.
