Can I rate this ZERO STARS? This place seriously needs to be shut down. DO NOT use this place. I’m not sure even where to start other than they have delayed my mothers home care for months now and their communication is nonexistent. Amanda Jackson, which is the manager, lies through her teeth every time you talk to her and NEVER calls back. You would think a manager would want to resolve your issues. Nope. I have had to now file complaints with the state. They are playing with peoples lives and it’s absolutely appalling.
WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE! IVE BEEN HOME SINCE FRIDAY 10/14 and they refuse to bring me what supplies I need the drain comes our Thursday BUT still probably going to catch an infection oh boy if I do yall WILL be getting sued!
DO NOT WORK FOR THIS PLACE!!! You will have issues with your pay!!!!!! Like not getting paid correctly!!! BEWARE!!!!
