Had a great experience bringing in an 14K hollow rope chain that broke at a link. They took a look and said that it would take just under a week to fix, and I honestly wasn't expecting to not be able to tell where it broke! I have not as much experience with jewelers as it is the first time heirloom pieces of mine have broke, but this was a lovely first experience interacting with Gilden's. Thank you!
Very quick fix to my watch’s battery!
The staff was very helpful when I needed some work done to my items over the years. The shop is very clean and I would rerun and recommend going there.

The people who work there are competent, polite and professional. If I was shopping for jewelry I would definitely consider Golden's. Old fashioned business practices are the best. Try them before you buy elsewhere🙂
