We cannot possibly express how amazing of a realtor Gilda was for us with both buying a new home and selling our old home. Gilda Lambert was absolutely the best! We abruptly decided to sell our home and were new to the selling process. From the first phone call to closing she was incredibly reliable, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Our situation required a light remodel and her input and patience throughout that process concluded in an outstanding outcome for listing. What is there not to say about Gilda! She is great at what she does. She is so friendly and knows the Flagstaff area so well. Flagstaff is a tough market to buy in. We looked at over 20 properties and when we thought we would never find what we wanted we looked at 4 more houses. The last one we looked at on the long day was our home! That night we put our offer in and she went to work and escrow was easy because of the services she performed! Strongly recommend Gilda in the Flagstaff area!
If I could give more than 5 star I absolutely would! Gilda was incredible assisting us with finding our new home in Bellemont. We relocated from Phoenix to Flagstaff and had limited availability and time to house hunt as my wife was in Phoenix and I was working during the week.
