My family was only here for 12 hours before they pass, the staff was very nice and friendly, it was a Sunday my family member was there during the weekend and no doctor really on duty, but the nurses was great. How do you sign off on death cert. without ever meeting the patient, that is the only problem I had. Also Gilchrist hospice in Towson, md is in a very nice location.
My mother was only there for a short time but I could not have been more pleased. The atmosphere was serene and welcoming. The staff extremely helpful and professional. The social worker went out of her way to help with after death issues.
worst communication ever. In six weeks, several phone calls and emails were NEVER returned. horrible customer service. family was not well prepared for death process
