The staff and doctor are great! I brought in my 82 yr. old mother to have a skin cancer screening. She had an area on her had that did not look quite right and I felt certain it wasn't okay. I had another MD look at it and he didn't even bother to biopsy it. So I had my doctor do a biopsy and sure enough it was squamous cell cancer, not the worst but not the best cancer to have. Called just now to make an appointment. The person who answered the phone didn’t identify that it was a doctor’s office, but rather answered with silence and then an eventual “hello?” I asked if they were accepting new patients and got asked how old I was. (Not sure why my age would matter, but I have it.) O was then put on hold with no prompt that I was being put on hold. She comes back on and says they aren’t accepting new patients. Age discrimination? Or perhaps just new staff who doesn’t know what they’re doing?

The doctor and her staff (ie:Elizabeth) are always very professional and helpful,also accessible. I highly Recommend Dr.Gilchrist!
