Excellent customer service!! I had purchased my Jeep used and it was a horrible dirty mess. the inside stunk every time I got into it.. so I found Gilbys and went with him even though his price was . a bit more simply because of his reviews.. and they were NOT WRONG!! the job was amazing.. my Jeep looks and smells like new!! I am thrilled with his service, and will be recommending him to every one I know..
Worst customer service ever. I called to ask if the gilby had anytime to do a detail and his reply was "no im a one man show" which i understand. But then i asked when was the next availability and he hangs up. The phone call lasted 20 seconds.
