I lived here for 4 years. In that timeframe I experienced bedbug infestations twice (Oct - Dec 2023, Sept 2024 until I moved out Feb 2025). My experience with bedbugs in this apartment was awful. I was told by Nicole (apartment manager/landlord) that I was responsible for paying for the treatments, and that this was standard for any tenant in this building should pest issues arise.
