We are a seasonal Maple Syrup production facility, Pancake House restaurant, and Gift Shop, open mid-March through late-April, located on beautiful St. Joseph Island. Hot off the grill pancakes, French toast, maple pork sausages and maple baked beans are the mainstays of our menu along with plenty of fresh pure maple syrup.
