Very disappointing experience. I was told Flat price upfront, so I expected that to be the final amount. When it was time to pay, I was told tax would be added, which was not clearly explained beforehand. That left me feeling like the pricing was not transparent. I was also charged $115 for one used tire which I felt was far too high. A good business should make customers feel informed and respected, not surprised at the end.
Quick and easy. Good price to.
Great experience at Gilbert’s Tire! The service was quick, professional, and honest. The technician who changed my tires was great—knowledgeable and gave me good recommendations. I really appreciated the quality of their work. Highly recommend!
