Staff here always helps me out, chnar at the desk is great. Hugo and Andres are pleasant to deal with. I find it crazy to review a business 2 stars over ordering coffee at a tim hortons. To me it sounds like that review should be pointed at the tim hortons as its quite unrelated.
Place is decent. Just employees go to the smallest local timmies, despite 2 larger location within the same distance, an they will bog down and order 15 coffees and break my local timmies and create traffic problems as the cars get ignored for there order an so cars wait around for 20-30 mins and walk ins can be up to 45 mins all for a business to buy themselves coffee. Go to one big enough to accommodate that sized order without screwing over 50 other people
