I was in a trip and staying at Hamilton, had a screw in my tire, visited 4 workshops including Canadian tire saying impossible to fix u need to change tire because screw is close to the side. Went to Gilbert according to Midas to have a used tire, the guy at reception in Gilbert workshop said no worries we gonna fix it, they really saved my day because i was returning back to Mtl that day. Great team

First time using Gilberts Tire Service and my expectations were exceeded from beginning to end. Chris helping locate the tires I needed and John overseeing the installation was fantastic. Great communication & a great price.
I love these guys! They never fail me. I've bought 3 sets of tires from them over the years. I always come to them to get my tires swapped, and refuse to go elsewhere!
After 35 years of dealing with Gilbert’s tire I can no longer give them my business. The gentleman I spoke to said he was going to give me some excellent quality tires. The price was a lot higher than I expected but I trusted him having been there many, many times over the years. After I left I had a good look at the tires and realized he sold me entry level Canadian Tire brand tires for more than what I would have paid at Canadian Tire brand new.
