Horrible horrible experience. We placed a $ 75k order for parts that we have done before . The order was months late and should have been rejected, but by then we were beyond desperate . We had to re work every part. Multiple problems -one was a hole over .75 off . Communication was terrible . To date the owner has never spoken with me- despite multiple left messages. John the foreman tried to helpful but his hands were tied . In 40 years of building machinery these guys were about as bad as I can recall.
Looking to be ripped off and get bad attitude this is the place to go.
We had a set of wheels that needed the Center bore opened up for the correct fitment on this project truck of ours! We are from a small town about 120 miles south of Vegas and finding services was some type of a chore. We called Gilbert’s and had a written quote sent to our email 1 hour after the call. We dropped the wheels off on a Monday and had them back and on the Truck by Friday afternoon. 5 Stars to these guys. Thank you again, we appreciate your service. -Tony & Bernadette-
