Upon making an appointment, Gilbert‘s garage was really great kind and professional. I rode with my mom to the shop to set an appointment. She explained that she did not want her entire muffler redone. She knows that it’s gonna be complicated. She just needed maybe like a patch weld to hold it together temporarily. Terrible decision. They used a hose cramp to hold exhaust together. Told my wife they welded it. Then of course the price always changes once they have your car. And their is always a excuse on why they couldn’t get it done when they told you.
Great service. I stopped in as my car needed full exhaust Got a quote and an appointment for the next week that worked with my schedule. They were fair priced and took my car quickly, and did exactly what I expected and what they quoted me within just a few dollars. Thank you so much
