When I was an Residential RN in Oscoda this is where most my patients got their medications. One time I walk in with a list of 6 patient's names and birthdays, and hand it to an Rx Tech named Rachel. She proceeds to say "I can't read this" and throws it in the garbage. She then grabs the scripts for my patients and asks me for each of their birthdays... I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING TO THIS PLACE TO GET MEDS FILLED. Here’s my experience.. I’ve been getting my prescriptions from then for 9 years and now EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER is different & let me tell you, no respect for the public. They are all there for a paycheck. I went in the other day to pick my meds up and I wanted to speak to the pharmacist (Terry) and he would let me talk long enough to even hear me out, anyways he ended up just straight up walking away in the middle of me trying to explain.
