I love the carpet, but I hate the seams. Disappointed.
Very impressive install, our installers Ryan, Aisha and Austin were great. Showed up on time each day, made sure we were involved in decisions and paid great attention to details. At Gilbert’s Brenda and Kaylee sales and scheduling process was seamless. Highly recommended all around.
I’ve waited 3 years to write a review. When I bought a home in Leroy I went to them for flooring. They were super nice and informative. The floor ended up having manufacturing defects and started coming apart. They were quick to come out and repair different areas this went on for 3 years until finally they had me pick out a new floor and redid the entire house. I’ve never experienced this level of customer loyalty and service.
Had a difficult time scheduling a tile project with a local business. Decided to try Gilbert’s and found follow through with project to be excellent! Eddie did fantastic work and I will likely make Gilbert’s my first choice for future projects!
