Meet with Tom who was very personable and has that can do attitude. We had a hard wood floor area that needed repairs and he sent us Travis and another excellent expert and got the job done. So appreciate the outstanding customer service. Highly recommended company!!!

I love the carpet, but I hate the seams. Disappointed.
Very impressive install, our installers Ryan, Aisha and Austin were great. Showed up on time each day, made sure we were involved in decisions and paid great attention to details. At Gilbert’s Brenda and Kaylee sales and scheduling process was seamless. Highly recommended all around.
I’ve waited 3 years to write a review. When I bought a home in Leroy I went to them for flooring. They were super nice and informative. The floor ended up having manufacturing defects and started coming apart. They were quick to come out and repair different areas this went on for 3 years until finally they had me pick out a new floor and redid the entire house. I’ve never experienced this level of customer loyalty and service.
