I recently had some A/C unit issues and within a couple days they were quickly able to send a worker out to fix it. Jimmy was knowledgeable and professional. Problem was fixed rather quickly.

My summer is already off to a rough start bc the A/C in my car broke down a couple months ago… when I saw my HVAC unit broke down too, I thought it would be the end of me this summer. Thankfully, that’s when my friend recommended Jimmy as a solution to my HVAC issues. I could not be more pleased with the speed, quality, and friendliness I received while having my HVAC worked on. I will definitely be recommending Jimmy to friends and family, as his work was impeccable!

This is an excellent company that fully backs the systems they sell as well as their service. The employees I have interfaced with are excellent. I have purchased two complete systems from them over the years. I am always very impressed by their responsiveness and willingness to educate their customers on the systems offered to empower the customer purchase decisions. So refreshing to find a company who values its customer’s satisfaction.

Normally I get terrible service and communication dealing with AC services but Gilbert’s is completely different. Great communication, fast pace and fantastic work done. Jimmy is a sensational guy. He was there for all my concerns and told me all the details bout the work being done. If you want AC work done pls pls pls contact that fella Jimmy! Thank yall guys!
