I love this office and their staff. They are so professional and helpful.
My parents and I are/were patients of Dr. Gilbert Weiner until they recently sold the building. We were told we would receive information about the new office location and never did. It's been over 2 weeks, and we never received any information. My parents need refills on their medications, and we have no way of contacting the office or the doctor. I had an appointment booked weeks ahead of time, I showed up to my appointment and the office was not there anymore… I called and they said that they were in the middle of changing locations and everything was virtual… I never got a notification or cancellation or any update for this. I had to take off work to make sure I could go. Very unprofessional.
Who ever this new nurse practitioner or Doctor is she really needs to be checked out by the board. While I was waiting in the waiting area, I noticed how rude she was with another patient that was also complaining about her not understanding what she was asking for. I came in Monday on the 29th regarding my blood pressure, and I had a small MRSA infection on my face. If you have an emergency don’t count on this office, they will charge you $75 for moving an appointment on the same day. Taking advantage like that is not ok with me, I’ll be looking elsewhere.
