They were very gentle with my 5lb chihuahua. He's kind of shy but was not nervous being around the staff that work there. They're very knowledgeable and you can tell that they are passionate about their work. If there are ways they could save you money then they will do it. I have taken more than one of my pets there and plan to continue taking my fur babies there.
