They filed our taxes for us and according to their filing we were supposed to be getting a return of $5,000. We just received a letter from the IRS over the weekend indicating not only are we not getting a refund, but we actually owe $400. To add insult to injury, they were closed all day yesterday and then closed again today so we can’t talk to someone and ask how they were so far off.
