Booked on short notice, Hope was very friendly and professional on the phone. Put our trail maps in the room for us and our convenience. The room was very clean and had plenty of room to move around. Will be our new place to stay when riding out of Gilbert.

Great location near trails
Nice little motel to stay at in the area.
We were here with a group of about 25 people because of it's proximity to all the Hatfield McCoy Trails. The rooms and showers were clean and well kept. We enjoyed the back porch and breakfast room overlooking Gilbert Creek and loved to hear the trains go by. The manager doesn't arrive till 9am ( I mistakenly said noon, my apologies, Hope!) so if you need more towels, coffee or toilet paper you will need to hang around till then.
