I had a unusual erratic noise coming from my truck. I worked it out. It was the four-wheel-drive trying to engage by itself while driving. It wasn’t easy to diagnose and took some convincing that the truck was playing up but they sorted the problem out and the truck is working fine now. Very happy with the communication from the workshop. Would recommend them highly
Normally I'd never write a review, but it's just crazy to me how difficult for me to explain how much dissatisfied I am with Gilbert and roach . No matter how great your product or brand, but the way you dealing with customer deserve 0 review from my recent 3 times visit to your service Centre. I always have a trust with Isuzu but due to you guys I am switching to hino. it almost took you 3 of my visit costing my days off to check order a part , and you want more time , I think you guys need to be serious about your job, peo... read more

Had a breakdown problem and got the truck to the workshop and the guys couldn’t be more helpful Got the truck fixed and going in no time and I couldn’t be more grateful
If I could select less than five stars I would, unfortunately even if it had a minus category, it probably wouldn’t be enough to select from, they took three days to even touch my truck knowing it was one of those time sensitive issues, after having download Information from the computer which should’ve been done the day it was delivered and sent off to Isuzu which took 24 hours, 4 days later they still were still none the wiser of what the issue was so they blindly changed parts and charged me $7320 thousand dollars which d... read more
