A long-standing and reputable law firm in Newton, Iowa. I highly recommend Caldwell & Brierly -- its staff and attorneys!
I paid a deposit of $300. After a 30 minute phone call with an attorney who was not knowledgeable at all of Medicaid requirements in Iowa, the firm kept the entire deposit claiming that the attorney spent the other 30 minutes ‘reviewing documents.’ I would not recommend for Medicaid assistance.
