Hired to paint cabinets which were peeling and in desperate need of a refresh. They insisted that it was not necessary to strip the original paint and that all that was necessary was to sand and paint. I asked several times if that would cover up the peeling because I did not want to see or feel any evidence of the previous peeling paint. They insisted that it would look brand new. It did not.
