Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get a photo because I was dealing with one of their bad drivers this morning. Southbound on 35, around the quarry, around 5:50 a.m., the driver of a Gilbert (in a truck) was driving extremely aggressively and appeared to be intentionally messing with me for about a mile straight. My HOA used Gilbert for a plumbing issue in my condo, after some confusion and lack of communication from the HOA I was able to schedule directly with Tina in scheduling and she was incredible! Very kind, professional and helpful, on a busy holiday weekend she was able to get Jason out to fix a multi unit leak. Jason was also very professional and easy to communicate with. Knowledge and kind technicians.
Glad I am not the only one with horrible experiences with these drivers. Driving through parking lots at high speeds, pulling through spots without looking, and wearing huge over ear headphones the whole time. Never heard of this company but based on my experience and other reviews, clearly they have a reputation for being unsafe on the roads.
One of your drivers was tailgating me on the highway on March 6 even though I was going slightly the speed limit. The roads were wet. The van would slam on the breaks very close to my bumper at a stoplight. I moved over as soon as I could safely and the driver dashed away and started tailgating the next person. I haven’t ever hired your company for a service but some basic expectations for road safety might be useful to review with your employees
