A doctor I'm deeply saddened to lose as he is no longer practicing in pain management for disabled chronic pain patients. He was one of the good ones (they're rare). Dr Mbeo truly cares unlike so many within this industry. Florida, I hope you read this and realize how many patients you're actively hurting with each doctor we lose.
I had high hopes for this office, but unfortunately, the staff’s poor service completely overshadowed my experience. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. They seemed uninterested in assisting patients and acted as if any question or request was a burden. When trying to get a follow-up appointment or even a simple call back for test results has been a nightmare—no one answers the phone, and messages are never returned. I met with Dr. Mbeo for the first time. I was in pain and this Dr. took me in without an appointment. A medical office like this does not exist anymore. The attention, compassion that I received from this Dr. and the entire staff far exceeded my expectations. The treatment I received from Q, the physical therapist, can not be compared to any physical therapy anywhere. I am humbled to this entire team and the continued care I receive from this office.
Dr Mbeo spent time listening and developed a plan of action to help me. I am very happy with Dr, very professional office staff and the office is clean and modern.
My husband had massive brain aneurysm last October.I have no idea where we would be right now without this brilliant doctor who is one of the most talented neurologists I have ever met. His caring spirit and compassionate bedside manner is one you rarely see in doctors today. The care and physical therapy Steve received helped him to regain so much back and because of the it my husband is coaching golf again and doing everything he did before.
