Their tele-health services are subpar at best. Once their team has deemed treating the patient is not profitable, they won’t just stop contacting you, they also stop responding. I am partly to blame for going with the first doctor my lawyer provided.
I’ve had a terrible experience with this medical group via telehealth. Receptionist is rude and does not respond. Took months for them to respond, They responded once they seen a review, By sending a broken link, that was supposedly to access my health records. Please make your decision very carefully when choosing a doctor to provide services, especially telehealth.
As far as their service in person, I cannot comment, but my brother has attempted to make contact with this provider for months to obtain records and was sent a broken link. I strongly advise all patients to use a local doctor over their tele-health services. Their receptionist doesn’t respond and is far from kind. This facility was recommended after car accident by lawyer which is the first red flag and sign for medical teams who value profit over patients.
A doctor I'm deeply saddened to lose as he is no longer practicing in pain management for disabled chronic pain patients. He was one of the good ones (they're rare). Dr Mbeo truly cares unlike so many within this industry. Florida, I hope you read this and realize how many patients you're actively hurting with each doctor we lose.
I had high hopes for this office, but unfortunately, the staff’s poor service completely overshadowed my experience. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. They seemed uninterested in assisting patients and acted as if any question or request was a burden.
