Mr. Gilbert and I made a verbal agreement by phone and he asked me to email him the details of my request. Subsequent attempts to contact him to confirm that he had received my information and to ask about a possible time of when he could work my request were not responded to. I emailed once per week for 4 weeks just asking for confirmation in writing.
