EDIT: As of July the 30th, 2026 Dr. Gilbert has retired. I am really going to miss him along with the Lady at the desk. ************************** The best psychiatrist in Oklahoma! If you need help, he is the best. And the people who work the front desk are pretty awesome#
Dr. Gilbert has been my doctor for over 20 years. He has been amazing and I am absolutely thankful for him caring for me and keeping me going in life. Happy retirement Dr. Gilbert. May life be great to you. I'll miss our visits. Thank you for everything.
The current secretary pretends to be a nurse or doctor over the phone when talking to pharmacists when they call to confirm paper prescriptions Dr Gilbert gives. When she does this, she tells the pharmacist to not fill the prescription On 4/29/26, this secretary finally called me bad regarding my medication access complaint. During the call, she repeatedly misnamed and misgendered me, spoke over me, raised her voice, and did not slow down enough for coherent communication. The current secretary pretends to be a nurse or doctor over the phone when talking to pharmacists when they call to confirm paper prescriptions Dr Gilbert gives. When she does this, she tells the pharmacist to not fill the prescription if I had another place to go, I would. I didn’t know it was legal to pretend to be a prescribing physician… but Dr Gilbert’s current secretary is getting away with it and it’s deteriorating to patients.
The front desk staff used to be wonderful. Dr Gilbert is an intelligent doctor. However in the last couple months the staff has changed, they call the wrong patients and bill them for missed visits when it was their fault for calling the wrong patient. Their pharmacy doesn’t fill prescriptions if it’s not name brand and won’t order the other generic brand to fill it within a week.
