I take great exception to Dr. Toffol falsifying his exam notes after speaking with another doctor. The words I used at the time of my exam were blatantly minimized & changed in Dr. Toffol’s exam report to the words/terms clearly relayed by another doctor, as a means to protect what the other doctor did to me. There is something fundamentally wrong with any physician who would alter what the patient said to minimize the impact of what actually occurred.
