Gilbert Insurance screwed up my car registration and title request. I NEVER GAVE PERMISSION FOR MY NAME TO BE TAKEN OFF THE REGISTRATION OR TITLE. They took my name off anyway. A year later, I still can't register my car nor have a corrected car title. Worse yet, the agent knew it was her fault. She led me on an impossible wild goose chase, for a year after I was widowed and in mourning, to fix her mistake which she knew would be almost impossible for me to fix as it was her mistake to fix. If you really want a personal experience, ask for Rachel Gillespie. When our family insurance agent of 40+ years retired, we were referred to Gilbert Insurance. I wasn't expecting much given the years of loyalty we had previously, boy was I wrong! Rachel definitely help us in sticky situations knows the ins and outs of policies, RMV issues. She's just amazing! Rachel thank you for your patience, understanding, knowledge and most your wonderful personality to help us!

We've been insured through Gilbert since the 1990s, and have carried various policies through them, including ones for our homes and autos. Donna, our principal agent, Mark, the owner (and his dad James before him), and the other agents and staff members have always been wonderfully responsive, knowledgeable and helpful, whether it was determining what to cover, coverage amounts, what insurance companies to use, and when we've had claims or unusual situations. I recommend them highly.
