Well Keeton Gilbert just left after working on my furnace. So helpful, just kept asking questions about what was going on…. Like a seasoned diagnostician, used the same question asked different ways to see if I might come up with another piece of info that would help. Took his time, very considerate. I was so impressed! Thanks Keeton…. Keep up the great work!
Showed up a couple months after I initially called, so wasn’t there when they showed up. I had them do the work and send me a bill. Got the bill in the mail today (7/28)and paid it within a few hours of receiving it and they tacked on a late fee. When I asked why because I got the bill today, the lady didn’t care and still charged a late fee.
