Keep the Owner Bob out of the planning process. He made the planning process uncomfortable to the point I didn't want to see or talk with him again!!!

Listen to what the owner wants. Return messages would be nice. Pass on this company some, reviews were not very good. Some were good. I call it like I see it.
The garage build was good. However Bobs crew damaged part of my property which he said he would pay for once I provided him a repair invoice. After I provided the invoice he hasn’t returned my calls or emails and hasn’t reimbursed me for the cost of the repairs.
Great service they built my garage almost 6years ago not one problem with it. They even removed the old garage. I just wish i would have had them build ot bigger. Lol

Had a great experience with Gilbert Garages when they put up my three and a half car garage. Bob was great to work with from concept planning, obtaining all required permits, site preparation, and building construction. The quality workmanship that went into my garage was excellent. Still no cracks in the concrete and the building is solid as ever. Have Gilbert Garages work with you for your garage project.
Six years ago we had a third stall added to our 2 car garage. It looks like part of the original plan. The overhead door and siding match the existing home. Work was done professionally and timely.
