Jay Gilbert and his staff, did an amazing job for my wife's mother. They were professional as expected but they also went the extra yard. They worked with us on pricing, and delivered on every promise. They went over and above to make sure that they met the expectations of our family. On one of the coldest days of the year, they set up a backdrop at the cemetery to block the wind and handed out blankets... allowing the sun to reign supreme, overcoming everyone's fear of freezing during the final ceremony at the gravesite.
