Went in for a regular scheduled oil change and tire rotation. Came out with scratched rims/wheels and a list of things that they said were being done but weren't. Super disappointed that they knowingly devalued my vehicle and didn't tell me. Then when I confronted them about this matter, they ghosted me... so here I am...

Brandy the service advisor was very helpful! She is very knowledgeable, polite and communicated clearly. I will definitely be speaking with her the next time I go.

Horrible service department! My truck was there for 2 weeks for a leaking fuel tank and sunroof. I was given a loaner vehicle which I was informed to not go over 1500 miles. If I got close to 1500 bring it back and they would get me in a different one. Completely understood the reasoning and I was ok with it. At the end of week one on Friday I called Gilberto Colon to get an update he said it would be done Monday. Monday comes and I received no call. Tuesday comes and still no call.
