Highly recommend staying away from this place. Have been coming here for years with no issues but have started having major issues with them not being able to file claims with insurance. Found out I had a year old bill that I didn’t know about until I came in for an appointment and they basically strong armed me into paying it right then. I come in every 6 months why did the year old appointment not get paid but the one i had 6 months ago go through just fine? Love Dr. Gilbert
I have been seeing Dr. Gilbert for 30 years. He is a wonderful dentist. However, I have had an insurance nightmare with his office staff over the last few months. Would not recommend since he will be leaving his practice and retiring. We will be taking our business elsewhere and hopefully find an office that is capable of running insurance properly, contacting us (never received a phone call and only 1 threatening letter/statement by mail) if there is an issue and not sending threatening letters saying "we bill the insurance... read more
