I called on a Monday morning and got a call back in less than a few hours. Then within a few hours they showed up, identified the problem at the RV Park, worked with the RV Park Owner and repaired the problem before they left. So grateful for their prompt response and great service! Thank you!

Called Gilbert electric on Saturday about a question of running underground electric cable to my new build. They never returned my phone call. Today is Monday at the close of business. Great way to lose business, I also needed my house wired on the inside. I'll find someone else to do.

I visited Gilbert Electric early Friday morning regarding a loss of power to my A/C in my home. Since it was unusually hot weather for late-September and the power loss occurred just at the end of the week before the weekend, I knew I was in dire straits and needed professional assistance ASAP. I called Gilbert electric because I had a problem with the kitchen fixture that wasn't working properly. They scheduled the work to be done and showed up exactly when they said they would. Chris, the main technician, and his helper Matt were very personable, professional, and skilled. They recognize the problem, fixed it promptly, cleaned up after themselves, and presented a very reasonable bill.
