Dr Rice is a kind and calm doctor. He listens to his patients and doesn’t hesitate to refer them to specialists if needed. He is thorough. He is always very prepared when he enters a room. I appreciate the way he never hesitates to see my special needs daughter if necessary. She trusts him and so do I.
