After waiting for a year to resolve issues on a very poorly done blacktop driveway we were shown today that we were being "put off". In that year after many phonecalls, requests and promises we were told today... close to a year later that we will have to hire an attorney to get this issue resolved. He even admitted that their were numerous "soft spots" in the driveway but that, basically, it is our problem. I wish I could post a picture of this mess.
