Well I am always served well. I’ve been going back-and-forth to this Workshop Because I trust them. I know that when I leave my car with them, they will truthfully tell me what is wrong with it. Now regardless what other people’s reviews say we are only humans not numbers or robots so is the mechanic, we can forget things but there’s always a second chance isn’t ?
Asked for my shock absorbers to be up graded in my Dmax. But no , they put standard ones in instead . You really need to LISTEN to your customers. For this reason u only get 1 star...Can't be trusted ...falls on deaf ears !!!!
Excellent service and a lot cheaper with prices compared to some other mechanics in new norfolk. Will definitely deal with them again and highly recommend them.
Found these guys high in price for a basic service. On top of the service I had another important issue that needed looking at. I was greeted by a hostile receptionist who failed to pass on the information that my fluid had been spilling from radiator reserve. When I picked up the car and asked about the problem the response was “I wasn’t told that” by the mechanic. Was a long wait to get in and felt my car issues weren’t resolved. Won’t be using these guys again
