Great GC to work with. Everything is top-tier.
Family owned company. The Phoenix office doesn't care about the employees and greatly under pays the staff. Very clicky and runs like a Frat house. A wife and husband who work there are like a cancer. They need to be fired yet nobody will fire them. Instead, they fired me because I stood up to the husband and his incompetence at his job. I can go on and on about this place but I won't. Plenty of other construction companies in Phoenix. Stay away from Gilbane.
