I recently had a dual brake system installed by Gilani Engineering, and I must say Maria and the team did an excellent job. The work was done professionally, with great attention to detail and safety. I’m highly satisfied with the quality of the installation and their customer service. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable and expert modifications!
Stay away from these people, especially if you are from ACT as their work will not be accepted by Access Canberra. What makes it even worse is that they wouldn't bother to rectify their work. Not good modification, and not compliant.
Giving 5 star to know how terrible the service is!!! It has so much potential though so very unfortunate for the poorest customer service, communication and time management! Is absolutely ridiculous Antone So (or Antoni) one of the worst staff to deal with. I will also need to report to NDIS commission guard too this can’t be happening especially when they fully understand the need of people
Had a wonderful experience working with Raj to find the best electric wheelchair for my disability needs. I live in Otago, New Zealand and the wheelchair market is very limited here. I specifically needed a wheelchair as light as possible, foldable, and electric…and I needed to buy it without actually seeing it in person and trying it out in person. Disappointing customer service & communication. Additional comments after Gilani reply: Couldn't just accept that a customer wasn't happy with the service provided and maybe look at the internal processes. No, I have not had a video chat with anyone. No, you have not provided top-rated customer service. Actually quite the opposite and even claimed that they didn't receive an email from me directly asking for assistance with the product you installed that partly failed after less than a month...
