Doctor was a great listener, asked the right questions, explained everything to me in a manner that I understood. His office is organized, there were no double booking appointments. Was in and out fast.
Dr. Shapira and his staff were professional and beyond nice. He fit me in when the there was a scheduling mistake with another doctor. My procedure was handled quickly and efficiently.
Great doctor and staff. They always are professional and take care of you.
Great experience with Dr. Shapira. He came to the bedside and was very personable. He made sure to explain what was going on and followed up with me when I was not doing so great. Highly recommend.
Procedure went well; care while in the recovery room was excellent.
