I traveled in from Connecticut for the National Tribal Health Conference, and my experience from beginning to end was incredible! The hotel is bright clean and open. My room had a balcony overlooking the pool. The front desk staff were so welcoming and friendly. I ate twice at Ling and Louie’s and three times at Prime and the meals were 10 out of 10 across the board, including the service. Special shout out to Amanda, Gregory and Alejandro at Prime for their top notch hospitality ♥️!
The room smelt like piss. Advised if we can change rooms and told no they are sold out. Called 3xs to have our room cleaned and only was given towels and no sheets on the bed were put new. The shampoo and body wash was empty even after asking for it to be refilled. They really messed up this stay big time
