Gila is pure magic. She transformed my 80’s kitchen into a 21st Century paradise for a fraction of what it would have cost me to replace all of the cabinets. She is a pleasure to work with and her innate eye for color and design is beyond impressive. I would not want to tackle a project without her.
I have used Gila's talent in the past, and there is no way I can work on any project without her! Several years ago, she painted a beautiful mural for my son's room, which came out terrific! GILA WORKS! I wanted someone to just help me choose paint colors for my open plan kitchen/living room. Gila to the rescue! At a very reasonable hourly rate, she looked at the room, then the rest of the house (“just so I know your taste better”) and came up with a plan, tactfully and creatively remedying my overly-busy current colors, and sent 39 (yep!) paint samples for my husband and me to play with, including careful instructions about how to look and how to choose, together with an invitation to call her back if needed. We had another wonderful experience with Gila's services. We needed to update some cabinetry - a refresh from a date look. She helped us pick colors (in a direction we never would have thought of). Then she did the work herself. She was extraordinarily careful and detail oriented even as the job required some pieces to remain in place while being painted.
