The receptionist is a bit rude and needs work on her etiquette. I really liked Erin when she was there. My nurse is pretty cool and really cares. Clifton is new and coming along great. The care team is really professional. We just need to understand that we’re not the only patient there. Working in healthcare can at times really get overwhelming. I know because I worked with veterans with PTSD. I get angry of course because feeling bad sucks. Thank the medical team.
Took my mom right on the dot to her appointment but they kept bypassing her and getting people ahead of her!! Was it because my mother is Hispanic? cause the other patients were white!…such BS!
Polite receptionist, assistant was professional. Saw Dr Ratliff who was personable and easy to talk to. No problems.
