I cannot begin to describe how amazing this company is. Amber in the office went above and beyond for us, making sure someone saw us so we didn’t go another day without hot water. Shawn came out within an hour or so and reached out to me prior to getting there. He was honest, communicated well with me and was very relatable. Shawn made myself, the kids and the dog feel very comfortable in our own house, as a lot of times someone you don’t know coming into your house can be awkward. My parents used Gil Ruehl Plumbing's services when we were just kids, and now here I am a new home owner using them myself! I've used them a few times already and am very pleased with their quality of service and their integrity. Not to mention their rates are fair! Will be using them again, and would highly recommend. I was very pleased with your company, from the person who took my call(s) to Shawn who made the repairs. He is very professional, honest, and pleasant. He arrived in a timely manner, and when I had to have him return the next day, he was on time. The return trip was because of a faulty brand new product which I had provided. He got a new fill valve, installed it and is now working properly. I WILL RECCOMEND YOUR COMPANY. I found you in the Christian Blue Pages.
