My property is a rental and the exterior had been patched by whoever was cheapest for a decade. What I wanted was a single outfit to take the whole envelope and do it once. They stripped everything back, replaced the housewrap with the laps running the right direction and taped, and flashed the window heads before any siding went back on. That flashing detail is what fails on every one of these jobs I've had to fix later. They also caught that the previous crew had run the boards tight to the concrete at grade with no cleara... read more

Our siding was warping in a few spots and the roof was getting up there in age, so we figured it made more sense to knock both out at once rather than deal with two separate messes down the road. Quote process was painless, Gil himself came out walked the house and explained everything. Crew that did the install was professional and fast, about 5 days for the whole project. New siding looks clean and the house feels more solid. Final invoice matched the estimate. Good company!

first impression with Gil Pro was good, the estimate visit was thorough and they didnt rush through it. scheduling was flexible which helped since we had some stuff going on. once the crew started the siding install they were there every day and made steady progress. they kept the yard pretty clean throughout which i appreciated because thats usually where things get messy. end result looks sharp, the siding sits even and the color is exactly what we picked out. solid experience overall
