Dr Weiss is exceptional - very attentive, knowledgeable and also funny. He always answers all my questions and is there to help and provide guidance during my pregnancy and after. The office is also beautifully located across the Giant Bean and was always so pleasant to visit.
The office is right in front of the millennium park and the bean, close to parking garage and it’s east to get to. The staff is wonderful and everything is clean and ready for you. Dr Weiss is an amazing doctor that makes you feel like you and your family are the most important thing in the world. He will sit and explain you everything encourage you to ask more questions and be there for you in every aspect. I had a very disappointing experience at Dr. Weiss’s office. Alexis knew from the moment I got there that she would cancel my appointment but still had me sit down and fill out online forms wasted my time. The customer service was horrible from the start. I arrived 13 minutes late, and the receptionist intentionally waited an extra 2 minutes before calling me back, only to inform me I wouldn’t be seen. Dr. Weiss and his staff are so nice and knowledgeable and they definitely made my appointment very easy and comfortable. All recommendations for him and feel free to ask questions and everything you want to know because he will very thoroughly and meticulously answer any of them.
Dr Weiss took care of me during my pregnancy and has been absolutely wonderful. He was incredibly supportive and caring. He answered all of my (very many ) questions and concerns and always provided thoughtful insights and support. I felt that both myself and my baby were in great hands. He luckily also delivered my baby and I could not have dreamt of a better experience.
