I had a very disappointing experience at Dr. Weiss’s office. Alexis knew from the moment I got there that she would cancel my appointment but still had me sit down and fill out online forms wasted my time. The customer service was horrible from the start. I arrived 13 minutes late, and the receptionist intentionally waited an extra 2 minutes before calling me back, only to inform me I wouldn’t be seen. Dr. Weiss and his staff are so nice and knowledgeable and they definitely made my appointment very easy and comfortable. All recommendations for him and feel free to ask questions and everything you want to know because he will very thoroughly and meticulously answer any of them.
Dr Weiss took care of me during my pregnancy and has been absolutely wonderful. He was incredibly supportive and caring. He answered all of my (very many ) questions and concerns and always provided thoughtful insights and support. I felt that both myself and my baby were in great hands. He luckily also delivered my baby and I could not have dreamt of a better experience. I had a great experience with Dr. Weiss throughout my pregnancy and delivery. He is incredibly knowledgeable and his decisions are always based on current studies and medical literature—he’s very up-to-date with the latest in obstetric. I always felt like I was in the best hands. I’m so grateful for his support and professionalism—highly recommend!
Very positive experience. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Dr Weiss is very knowledgable, was doing all his best and asking many questions to make the right diagnosis.
