Alex was very responsive, detail-oriented, and accommodating. The crew did an AMAZING job. These 100 year old floors were covered in glue and riddled with nail holes from carpet and laminate, and now they look brand new! For less than half the price I was quoted elsewhere. I'm a first time homebuyer and felt such a relief to have Gikas take care of the floors.

Update "Four years later and Gikas has not sent anyone to fix these installations issues and I now have several active leaks. There is no additional siding work, you nailed the siding to the roof with exposed nails and never flashed the chimney and both areas are leaking The shingles and flashing on the garage are lifting up together and leaking there as well. I got what I bargained for with no surprises or upcharges. Great experience throughout entire process; from proposal, to service, to cleanup. My project manager, Alex, was professional, personable and easy to work with. He explained the process before work began, walked the project with me each day and made sure that site was cleaned to my satisfaction.
