We just had Gikas perform some work on our house and are very pleased. They have done work previously and will do so in the future. I appreciate their clear communication and attention to detail. Alex was our project manager and he was great.

Gikas contracting is the most professional contractor I have ever used. Alex, the site manager was on the job the day BEFORE the job was to commence to go over preparation for the job. He was on site the day the job commenced to make sure everything was on schedule as well as every step of the process. The entire job was done not only on time, but ahead of schedule. The Gikas team did a great job from start to finish of my exterior painting and gutter replacement. Niko (the owner) came to do the walkaround and estimate. The estimate clearly stated all of the work to be done, and there were no hidden last minute additional costs added on while work was under way. Alex managed the project and checked in regularly on progress and took care of any issues so there was no long list of fixes to do at the end of the job.
